RECRUITMENT OFFICER (REF :2018-19/017)
? Grade 12
? National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent related qualification
? Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably in local government
? Computer Literacy
? Excellent verbal communication skills
? Good problem solving, analytical and report writing skills
? Ability to work under
? Compliance to policies, procedures, legislation and statutory requirements
? Ability to act professionally and display a high level of confidentiality
Key Performance Areas:
? Recruitment – prepare internal and external advertisements – prepare CV’s for selection.
? Selection – Screen applications, prepare and finalize shortlists, arrange and hold interviews, prepare official documentation regarding appointments.
? Induction of newly appointed staff.
? Office administration aligned to HR working documents, policies and procedures.
? Assist in policy formulation.
? Report writing.
? Maintaining procedures and processes to administer Conditions of Service and Employment legislation.
? Maintaining statistical information of all recruitment processes.
? Performing all administrative functions of the Recruitment section.
? Ensuring that all HR and Recruitment information is handled confidentially and filed correctly.
SALARY: R300 276.00 per annum (post level 6) plus normal company benefits
