2010/2011: ANNUAL REPORT
In terms of Section 127 of the Municipal Finance Management Act read with 21 (a) & (b) of the Municipal Systems Act, the Annual Report must be made public for comments by the community and interested stakeholders.
It is against this background that the Annual Report-2010/2011 is made available for public comments. The report is available from the Municipal Libraries as well as the website: www.govanmbeki.gov.za
The closing date for comments is 24 FEBRUARY 2012.
